“Lovers of the Red Sky” tells the mysterious and beautiful story of the only female painter of the Joseon Dynasty who solves terrible fate after entering the palace. Right before the drama premiered, however, a webtoon adaptation for the same started to be serialized. Both the webtoon and the drama are based on the novel “Hong CheonGi” by Jung EunGwol. While there are some differences in character design, the webtoon is beautifully created, from the art style to the narrative flow.
